How It Works
Breakout Sessions
There will be breakout sessions scheduled across multiple time slots during the day. Each session is designed to be 30 minutes long, so you can easily fit them into your day.
**Reminder: For Grand Prize eligibility, you must attend the designated number of breakout sessions and have your card signed.**
Prize Entry with Stamp Card
At check-in, each family will receive a stamp card listing all participating stations and the breakout session schedule.
To be entered into the grand prize drawings, participants must:
Attend the designated number of breakout sessions
Visit 10 or more stations and collect a stamp/signature from each
Door Prizes
All attendees are automatically eligible for door prize drawings throughout the event — no card required.
The first 100 families to arrive will also receive a free swag bag.
Return your completed card before 1:30 PM to be entered to win Grand Prizes. All Grand Prizes must be picked up by 4 PM on the day of the event.
Free Mini Photo Sessions Families can enjoy a complimentary mini photo session at check-in. 📸
Each family will have 2–4 poses captured.
Photos will not be printed at the event but will be available as digital downloads.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the photographer to upload and share your gallery.
